Hello!

Pothole season can be a bumpy ride, but the City of Dearborn can help!

Mayor Hammoud has rolled out a brand new city email for residents to report potholes in Dearborn.

potholes@ci.dearborn.mi.us  <mailto:potholes@ci.dearborn.mi.us>.

Please note: Main roads like Outer Dr and Michigan Ave are the responsibility of Wayne County, and we will forward any reported potholes to the correct State or County authority.

We are monitoring the inbox regularly, and have our amazing DPW employees ready to fill potholes on residential city streets as soon as we get a report.

When submitting, please include:

  1.  The closest address or intersection to the pothole

  2.  A photo of the pothole in question if it’s safe to get one

Please make sure you check the list below for State & County roads before you submit, city employees are only able to fill potholes on city roads.
